CUSTOM HOME BUILDING

At Hamish Anderson Custom Homes, we work with clients every step of the way to create a truly custom experience that we are proud to be associated with. Upon completion of your new home, not only does Hamish Anderson Custom Homes conduct a thorough final walkthrough with you, we meticulously search to locate any deficiencies that do not meet our high standard. In addition, our homes include a comprehensive one-year warranty and all applicable manufacturer’s warranties.

VALUE ENGINEERING

We strive to meet our clients expectations for quality, timely completion and reaching their budgetary goals. Value Engineering is a systematic approach we implement to improve the value of building systems, product selections and the living experience within each one of our homes. This process engages the clients during the planning and construction phases to identify the fundamental goals of the project and determine the most efficient and cost effective ways to achieve them. By evaluating the basic needs of our Homeowners we are able to guide them towards making the right choices for the long-term success of the project.

CUSTOM REMODELING

There is no project too big or too small for Hamish Anderson Custom Homes. Whether your house simply needs of a fresh coat of paint or a complete/total overhaul, our team is ready to tackle the challenges of any remodel project. We understand the ways in which a remodel can affect our client’s daily routine, and we strive to reduce these interruptions so you can come home to quality each and every day during your remodel. We work with our clients schedules to create as little disturbance as possible. Many of our remodels are completed with the Homeowner still living in their home!

At Hamish Anderson Custom Homes, we offer cost estimating services for each and every project. Our goal is to capture the total cost of your project so that you can make informed and practical decisions about the scope and level of detail that goes into your home. Our in-house estimating team works with a vast array of Subcontractors to produce a detailed cost breakdown for any new home or renovation project. Transparency is at the heart of what we do, and this begins with an open dialogue about the estimated project costs. From on-site Supervision to raw building material costs to unique facets of the design, we leave no stone unturned when formulating our cost proposals.

DESIGN CONSULTATION

From concept to creation, we work with Homeowners and design professionals in the early planning stages of a project to provide practical constructability analysis, and offer feedback for how to make your vision into a reality. By coordinating with Hamish Anderson Custom Homes during the design phase you can be assured that the planning and forethought spent transfers seamlessly into the construction process.

SCHEDULING

Time is one of the most critical factors in any construction project. At Hamish Anderson Custom Homes, we understand the need for timely completion of your project. Our schedules are taylored to each project and closely monitored in order to provide our clients with a reliable move in date for planning the enjoyment of their new home. There are hundreds of decisions that go into the construction of a custom home, and we want you to be able to make those decisions at a comfortable pace. We provide detailed schedules of all construction activities, and incorporate deadlines for critical Owner decisions, so you can follow along with our progress and stay on top of needed decisions.

SPEC DEVELOPMENT

For as long as we’ve been building custom homes, we’ve also been procuring and developing land throughout the Eastside.
